I am a fashion design graduate that fell into the big and beautiful world of hospitality. While living in London I gained experience as a cook, a bartender and manager. My constant passion for food and creating recipes is fueled by the people around me, the places I travel to and history. I have appeared in a variety of publications in Asia and was one of the top four finalists in Eatliststar, a TV show searching for a culinary food host. I now find great joy working as a private chef, food writer and designer as well as being a mum to my fur baby, Molly. I travel when and where I can to gain inspiration and insight into the culinary delights and cultures of the region I live in.
